Orders should be prepaid unless you are approved for a net 30 credit. Please note, all international orders require prepayment.
International orders
Prices listed on this site are domestic. Orders shipping outside the United States are 10% higher, which covers the export documentation, customs paperwork and handling that each international shipment requires. All international orders require prepayment.
Shipping and export
Residual gas analyzers are export controlled instrumentation, so every order is reviewed against US export regulations before it ships. We confirm the destination and the end use, and goods are shipped to the address on the order — we cannot forward or re-route a shipment afterwards.
Payment methods
You may pay by check, ACH transfer, or wire transfer.

Make the check payable to Extorr Inc. in US Dollars. It must be both dated and signed. Mail it to:

ACH transfer
For domestic payments, ACH is usually the simplest option. Contact us for our bank details.
Wire transfer
If you prefer to pay by wire transfer, please make your payment, in US Dollars, for the full amount quoted or invoiced. For the details on how to make the wire transfer, please contact Extorr.
To avoid any delays in shipment, please initiate your wire transfer well in advance. Please bear in mind that international wire transfers may take between 2 to 7 days to process.
