RGA Accessories

The XT Series Probe Manifolds, crafted from 304 stainless steel, provide high conductance vacuum tees to connect gas inlet valves and Extorr quadrupole probes to high vacuum pumps, ensuring minimal gas interference. They include necessary stainless steel hardware and copper gaskets and are compatible with most turbomolecular vacuum pumps.

The 70 I/s Dry Pumping Turbo System is a compact, air cooled pumping station with a 4 stage diaphragm backing pump and a turbo pump, produced by Pfeiffer Vacuum.

The Single Valve Sampling Inlet, made from 304 stainless steel, features a sealed valve and a Swagelok fitting for capillary tubing, complete with stainless steel hardware and a copper gasket.

The Double Valve Sampling Inlet, made from 304 stainless steel, features two sealed valves, versatile tubing options, and includes all necessary mounting hardware and a copper gasket.

The High Conductance Valve, built from 304 stainless steel, offers one or two pressure reduction bypasses, each featuring a Swagelok bypass valve and flow control orifice. It ensures an effective seal with an Elastomer poppet and offers versatile connections for different chamber pressures. The unit comes with all required hardware and is leak-tested prior to assembly.

The Extorr RGA probe offers both stainless steel Nipples and Adapters, available in multiple sizes, to reduce insertion length, each featuring ConFlat or KF flanges, and includes necessary stainless steel hardware and gaskets.

Adapters intended to aid in the connection of a sampling inlet capillary to a customer’s chamber. Drill ¼ inch hole and weld into chamber.

Adapter used in the VAHCK150V1 and VAHCK150V2 valve assembly. Adapter flange is a double-sided ConFlat flange.

Glass or stainless steel capillary tubing connects the Extorr Build-Your-Own Mass Spectrometer to a separate chamber or gas container from which gas will flow to the RGA for analysis. Capillary tubing is available in various lengths, OD, and ID specifications. In addition to the capillary tubing, all capillary tubing orders come with vespel/graphite ferrules or stainless steel ferrules. Orders also ship with capillary plugs if appropriate.
